Kei Sasuga’s manga “Domestic na Kanojo” will be adapted into an animated TV series slated for release in Jannuary 2019. The series will star Taku Yashiro, Maaya Uchida, and Yoko Hikasa as Natsuo Fujii, Rui Tachibana, and Hina Tachibana respectively.
“Domestic na Kanojo” follows the complicated relationships of socially awkward Natsuo Fujii. Natsuo has a crush on popular teacher Hina, but dare not express his love for her. In a fit of desperation, he sleeps with fellow outsider Rui.
Things take a turn for the worse when Natsuo’s father remarries and he is introduced to his new step-siblings — his crush Hina, and to his surprise, her younger sister Rui.
