Sony Interactive Entertainment’s PlayStation 5 release date and price have been announced at the “PlayStation 5 Showcase” held on 17th September 2020!

The release date for Japan, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and South Korea is on 12th November, while Europe, Middle East, South America, Asia and South Africa will go on sale on 19th November.

The price is pegged at JPY 49980 (US$ 499.99 / EU€ 499.99) for the model with Ultra HD Blu-ray, and JPY 39980 (US$ 399.99 / EU€ 399.99) for the digital-only edition.
