Via Comic Natalie: due to delays brought about by the COOVID-19 pandemic, the third season of “KINGDOM” has been postponed from the fifth episode onwards — previously scheduled for broadcast from 3rd May 2020. The new start date is now officially set for April 2021, almost an entire year after the initially planned broadcast run.

“KINGDOM” is just the latest title in a slew of anime that announced broadcast delays, due to production disruptions caused by COVID-19. Other titles include ONE PIECE, Digimon Adventure, Healin’ Good PreCure, Pokemon, Shokugeki no Soma, Fugou Keiji Balance: UNLIMITED, Bungou to ALCHEMIST, and A Certain Scientific Railgun T — among others.
