“SK8 the Infinity” is set in a world where a dangerous secret race called “S” is held, which involves going down a closed mine shaft on a skateboard. Reki, a second-year high school student who loves skateboarding, heads to the mine where S is held with Ranga, a transfer student who just returned to Japan from Canada and has never skateboarded before. The two quickly get caught up in the thrilling but dangerous competition, a race that does not require rules to slide down a closed mine on a skateboard.
