Via Comic Natalie: Yasunori Tanaka’s “Summer Time Rendering” has dropped a teaser video prior to its TV anime adaptation’s premiere in 2022. The show will be directed by Ayumu Watanabe — whose credits include “Space Brothers” and “Children of the Sea”. Hiroshi Seko will be in charge of the series composition and script, Miki Matsumoto will be in charge of character design, Kusanagi will be in charge of art direction, Keiichi Okabe, Ryuichi Takada, Keigo Hoashi will be in charge of music, with the cooperation of MONACA for music production.

“Summer Time Rendering” tells the story of Shinpei Ajiro. After his parents’ death, he lived with the Kofune sisters, Mio and Ushio, in Wakayama Prefecture — but he has since moved to Tokyo. After Ushio drowns while trying to save a child, Shinpei returns home to Wakayama; however, he begins to question Ushio’s death after mysterious new evidence comes to light.
