Japan Airlines (JAL), Japan’s flag carrier, is participating in the Niconico Chokaigi 2015 event which will be held in Chiba’s Makuhari Messe later this month. To further promote their participation at the event, several JAL flight attendants donned idol costumes and danced to the beat of Hatsune Miku’s “39“. Take note, these are real flight attendants working for JAL and not just dancers hired to appear in the video. The video features various locations within the JAL Sky Museum in Tokyo, and in the background it shows the evolution of JAL’s flight attendant uniforms throughout its long history.

Miku is getting some love from JAL huh? And what better way to promote your booth than Miku, right?!

For the Niconico Chokaigi 2015 event, which will be held from 25 – 26 April, JAL will be featuring a flight simulator and a “step car” photo booth where event goers can have their pictures taken with flight attendant cosplayers. You can watch the video for the simulator and photo booth through this link
