Yotsuba&!’s lovable cardboard robot mascot, Danboard, has captured the hearts of many. Its various figures, from plastic models to those adorable Revoltech figures, have been very popular, enough to have some people to customize them. To celebrate these customized Danboard works, Kotobukiya Akihabara has announced a special exhibition featuring several custom Danboard figures.
The exhibition will be held from 26 December until 6 January 2016, and the best part is, admission for the exhibition is absolutely free! It will be held in Kotobukiya Akihabara’s 5th floor event area, and will feature dioramas and figures customized by Naoto “WildRiver” Arakawa.
The only day the exhibition will be closed will be on 31 December, which is of course, the last day of the year and is an important date in the Japanese calendar.
