PCs often emit harmful waves which can damage eyes, but fret not, because Yotsuba&’s lovable cardboard mascot is to the rescue with official Danboard Computer Glasses, which are scheduled to ship out in February of next year.
Each pair is made by artisans in Sabae, Japan, using materials flown from Italy, with a price tag of 14,800 yen. The box, the cleaning wipe, and the glasses themselves sport a cardboard motif to complete its cardboard robot feel.
The glasses come with non-prescription CR39 lenses which are designed to block blue light from LCD screens such as smartphones, TVs, and computer screens. This blue light has been the cause of eye strain, and no doubt, Danboard will be helping protect you from them.
Now, ain’t he just the cutest?
