We’ve seen character bento that are inspired by a variety of characters, from anime characters like One Punch Man’s Saitama to mascots like Kumamon, but have you ever seen character breads? One baker from Tokyo has shown that she could make them using techniques used in making character sushi.
Konel Bread has posted via her Instagram and Facebook pages some of her work, and they contain a few characters that some anime fans might be familiar with, like Totoro and Anpanman, as well as mascot characters like Rilakkuma and Gudetama.

Don’t you just wanna scream “Kawaaaaaaaaaaii” on her creations? She also does a few wester ones as well, including Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and Woodstock from The Peanuts, Shaun the Sheep, and Winnie the Pooh.

Aside from the character breads, she also does a few more artistic ones, which range from zebra and leopard prints to fruits like watermelons and lemons.

Now ain’t that cute? She uses natural food colouring like cocoa powder and vegetables to make those special breads. You can visit her Instagram and Facebook pages for more of her work.
