[SEIYUU] Nana Mizuki to have her own jam session for MTV Unplugged

It is an honor to be invited by MTV to perform for their acoustic program, MTV Unplugged. One of the latest artiste to be chosen is none other than seiyuu, Nana Mizuki (Naruto’s Hinata Hyuuga, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha’s Fate Testarossa). She will be having a special performance for the MTV program, which will be called MTV Unplugged: Nana Mizuki.

In fact, she is the first seiyuu to be invited to perform for the prestigious show, and only the 30th Japanese artiste to hold that honor since the show started featuring Japanese artistes back in 1996 with CHAGE and ASKA. Her performance will be filmed this 23 October via the Maihama Amphitheater, though the exact air date of MTV Unplugged: Nana Mizuki has still not been announced.

Since MTV is expecting a lot of fans to want tickets to see her historic performance, a lottery will be held for those who purchase the First Print Limited Edition version of her 4th single “STARTING NOW!”, which is slated for release on 13 July. A serial number will be included, and fans who want to watch her perform for MTV can use those serial numbers to register for the lottery. Deadline for the registration will be on 25 July at 23:59 in the evening, Japan Standard time.
