Every time the military anime teams up with the Japan Red Cross Society, the poster, as well as the goodies given away change. The humanitarian organization has also teamed up with several anime series, video games, and events, including Comiket and idol/farming anime, No-rin.

The anime has had a great relationship not only with the Red Cross, but also Ibaraki prefecture in general, as the anime has greatly improved the tourism of the small fishing village of Oarai, turning it from a sleepy small town to a bustling anime tourism hub.
