Mr Osomatsu fans, rejoice, because the anime’s official website has officially announced that there will be a season 2! And with season 2 confirmed, the staff have also posted the anime’s first PV to tease the fans.

And aside from the announcement and the PV, the website also revealed the anime’s key visual. As expected, it features all six Matsuno sextuplet brothers.

The original cast for the sextuplets are also coming back for season 2:

  • Takahiro Sakurai as Osomatsu
  • Daisuke Ono as Juushimatsu
  • Hiroshi Kamiya as Choromatsu
  • Jun Fukuyama as Ichimatsu
  • Miyu Irino as Todomatsu
  • Yuuichi Nakamura as Karamatsu

Much of the staff are also returning, with Yoichi Fuhita once again directing the series. Mr Osomatsu’s scriptwriter, Shuu Matsubara also returns. They will then be announcing more details on this second season in the days to come, so stay tuned.
