Prepare for psychic-induced laughs as The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. finally hits the big screen this October. But before that even happens, the staff has finally released a brand new trailer:

The video introduces us to the young psychic, Kusou Saiki, whose powers cause problems for his everyday life. The trailer also features the film’s theme song by Yuzu, “Koi, Hajikemashita.”

Kento Yamazaki, the guy known for all those manga and anime-based roles, plays the titular Saiki K. The guy played lead roles from Orange, Your Lie in April, and of course, One Week Friends.  It also stars live-action Gintama’s Kanna Hashimoto as Kokomi Teruhashi. Hirofumi Arai from the live-action Bakuman film will also star in this one as Riki Nendou.

Renowned Japanese comedy film director, Yuuichi Fukiuda, who also worked with Hashimoto in Gintama, will direct the film. The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. premieres in Japan 21 October 2017.
