Seiji Ebisu’s light novel series “Ore ga Suki na no wa Imouto Dakedo Imouto ja nai” (The One I Love is My Little Sister But She’s Not a Little Sister) will be adapted into an anime series, out this fall. The anime’s official Twitter account has revealed that Hiroyuki Furukawa ( My First Girlfriend Is a Gal) serves as character designer and director.

“Ore ga Suki na no wa Imouto Dakedo Imouto ja nai” is a Japanese light novel series written by Seiji Ebisu and illustrated by Gintarou. The story revolves around Nagami Suzuka, an attractive and capable middle school student, who secretly wrote a novel about a little sister who deeply loves her big brother. When the novel won an award, she then asked her older brother Yuu to pretend to be the author, and debut under the pen name “Chikai Towano”.
