Bloom into You has been one of the most popular manga titles out there, along with Citrus. Unfortunately, it looks like the story of Yuu and Nanami will be ending soon. This is because the Vol. 7 tankoubon release of Nio Nakatani’s hit yuri manga has announced that it will be ending on Vol. 8.

The manga’s 8th volume is due to ship out in Japan in November, so it’s still pretty far. However, expect yuri fans to miss this beloved title as soon as it ends.

Seven Seas distributes the manga in English. Here’s how they describe its story:

Yuu has always loved shoujo manga and awaits the day she gets a love confession that sends her heart aflutter with bubbles and blushes, and yet when a junior high classmate confesses his feelings to her…she feels nothing. Disappointed and confused, Yuu enters high school still unsure how to respond. That’s when Yuu sees the beautiful student council president Nanami turn down a suitor with such maturity that she’s inspired to ask her for help. But when the next person to confess to Yuu is Nanami herself, has her shoujo
 romance finally begun?

The series has inspired a successful TV anime, as well as an upcoming 2.5D stage adaptation. It will make its debut sometime in May 2019.
