Publisher Akita Shoten’s Weekly Shonen Champion magazine wants to reward fans as part of their 50th anniversary “Dream Project”. To be exact, they are planning to launch three crowdfunding campaigns for their fan appreciation event. The campaign will be for Baki, Yowamushi Pedal, The Vampire Dies in No Time.

The Yowamuchi Pedal is looking for 2,300,000 yen to create a giant balloon of Kyoto Fushimi’s Akira Midousuji. They will place the balloon near the entrance of the fan event, which will happen on 15th July.

For Baki, they aim to raise 1,500,000 yen to create an “ultra-realistic” diorama of Baki Hanma’s house after it was vandalised.

Finally, for The Vampire Dies in No Time, they aim to raise over 3 million yen to create a giant plushie of John the armadillo.

The event will happen on 15th July, over at Akihabara UDX. If they reach their goals, fans will receive rewards according to how much they gave. These include getting stickers within the Baki diorama, as well as various merchandise from either of the three series, depending on which campaign the donor donated on.
