Via Comic Natalie: Maaya Uchida will appear in the sixth episode of the TV drama “Keishichou Sousa Ichikachou 2020” (“Metropolitan Police Department – Investigations Section 1 Chief 2020”) airing today, 14th May 2020 on TV Asahi 20:00 JST / 19:00 SGT. “Keishichou Sousa Ichikachou 2020” is the fourth season of a popular long-running crime investigation show that started in 2016.

Uchida plays the role of Rika Ota, a staff member at a campsite, and who discovers a dead body at her workplace. “I wasn’t expecting that I would be offered a role in a crime drama, so I was surprised that they thought I would be okay. I hope people will enjoy my performance. I really challenged myself this time!” stated the popular voice actress and anisong singer.
