After over 100 episodes, countless fights, and the loss of one legendary cast member, Dragon Ball Super is finally ending. The official Dragon Ball Super twitter page confirmed the news, and also thanked fans for their support. The tweet says that the anime will be ending in March, which means that it would only be airing until this season.

However, this doesn’t mean that we won’t see Goku and friends again. Aside from the confirmation, the tweet reminds everyone that there’s still the new Dragon Ball film later this December.

And with Dragon Ball Super ending, only another legendary anime franchise can fill its shoes, right? Don’t worry folks, because the legendary supernatural anime, Gegege no Kitaro is taking its place. The new anime will be celebrating the franchise’s 50th anniversary, and its taking over Dragon Ball Super’s 9 am Sunday time slot.

So, what’s your favorite Dragon Ball Super moment?
